The Silicon Valley Leadership Group Foundation has announced the appointment of Nadia Ahmad, Director of Client Relations at KPMG, as Chair of the Foundation Board.
A longtime advocate for community organizations, Ahmad has served on the boards of several local nonprofits, including the San José Museum of Art and Healthier Kids Foundation.

SVLG Foundation Executive Director Ahmad Thomas welcomed Ahmad’s appointment, noting that her leadership will help expand the Foundation’s reach and deepen its impact across Silicon Valley.
Managing Director Chris Weiler added that the Foundation will continue building on the success of its signature events, including the Applied Materials Silicon Valley Turkey Trot, which has generated more than $13 million for local charities.
